1. For gentle stains, the exterior of your leather bag can be wiped down using a semi-damp, lint-free cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as it can cause permanent damage to the bag’s leather finish.
2. If stains are of lipstick, coffee, or wine in nature, please take to a professional for cleaning.
3. The Watermelon, the Ocean, and the Concord Grape articles in this collection will eventually need conditioning due to the natural oils drying out over time. Using a conditioner with oil or an oil-based product may darken your leather, so before applying any conditioner please proceed with caution by testing on small section of the bag.
4. Pebbled leather used in this collection should not need conditioning. Applying may have a negative effect on the leather, please proceed with caution if choose to.
5. Store your bag in it’s provided dust bag, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or moisture.
6. Some pebbled leather used in this collection is soft and doesn’t have a firmness so storing your item in a flat fashion in it’s dust bag will not hurt the leather.
7. If stuffing your bag for shape, please stuff with an article that will allow the leather to breath. Leather is a breathable article and if stuffed with an article that will cause it to sweat, your bag can potentially develop mold.
8. Use a lint roller to remove any stubborn dirt or dust particles from the bag’s interior.
9. The removable strap handle can be hand washed in cold water using a mild detergent and hung to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
